As of August 10th, 2012, we have acquired a Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods located at 9500 N. Central Expressway in Dallas, TX, working in cooperation with SRS Real Estate's Rick Ikeler & Brad Gibbs as our local brokerage experts. Acting as general partner, Embarcadero Advisors and our equity partner, a San Francisco based family real estate trust, bought this extremely well-located and established Texas chain store, newly built in the rapidly expanding area of Walnut Hill.

We are excited to be moving to Manulife's 575 Market Street Building, also known historically as Chevron Tower. As of June 30th our new address will be:

Our 30th floor suite showcases beautiful South-facing views of the Bay, SOMA, AT&T Park and the Bay Bridge. Manulife's 555 Market is currently undergoing an extensive modern lobby and basement renovation to include bike storage and showers for commuters. Plans are in process for 575 Market's lobby to be renovated with the same finishes, work is anticipated to begin in 2013.
